Special Requirements

• Base Access: Vendors are responsible for acquiring Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credentials, including background checks and SECNAV 5512/1 form completion, prior to the performance start date. Vehicle access to Navy facilities is also required.
• Security & Safety: Contractor access is limited to the work site. Compliance with federal, state, local codes, and US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM-385-1-1) is mandatory. Designated PPE is required.
• Scheduling: Contractors must coordinate a work schedule with the Command Facility Operations Specialist.
• Terms & Conditions: Offeror's standard commercial terms and conditions will not be accepted.
