Submission & Evaluation
- Submission Requirements: Offers must be submitted via email. Price must be provided on the FA446026Q0024 SF 1449. Submissions must include the solicitation number, offeror contact information, technical description, warranty terms, price breakdown, "remit to" address, and SAM.gov information (registration, representations, certifications, CAGE Code, DUNS). Offerors must acknowledge all amendments.
- "Equal" Products: If proposing an "equal" product, it must meet all salient characteristics. Offerors must identify the brand name/model and provide descriptive literature or modification details.
