Scope of Work
The contractor shall machine the Forward ICCS Cab Hatch seal track, specifically focusing on a 2.63-inch horizontal surface and the upper part of a 0.25-inch INBD radius. Detailed machining requirements include achieving a maximum depth of 0.063" +/- 1/32", a width of 2.63", and a surface finish of 250 rms. All edges must be broken, and the entire seal track must be machined smooth, transitioning from vertical to horizontal to meet specified dimensional tolerances. Post-machining, all debris must be cleaned. Work will be performed at Naval Station Norfolk, VA, or Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA.

Submission & Eligibility
The forthcoming solicitation will be posted electronically on SAM.gov. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy and monitoring for amendments. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, during performance, and through final payment.
