Scope of Work

- R-3 BLUE 14" ducting.
- 4", 6", and 8" ALUMINUM ducting.
- 20" INSULATED FLEX DUCT. Each item has specified minimum and maximum annual quantities. The specifications (SOW paragraph 3.4) have been updated via Amendment 0002.

Submission & Evaluation

Required submissions include the SF 1449 form, technical information, product catalogs, material specifications, capabilities, and typical lead times. Traceability documentation is required for non-manufacturers.
Additional Notes
Delivery location is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. Vendors must be US citizens or have evidence of naturalization to enter the shipyard. Shipments are received Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM, except Federal Holidays. An Approved Vendors List is provided; non-listed vendors may need to submit samples.
