Contract Details
This is a one-time, sealed bid sale. The starting bid price is $0.01 per pound (LB). A single award will be made to the highest-priced responsive and responsible bidder. Full payment is required prior to the removal of property. The performance period for removal is 30 calendar days from the date of award, with potential storage charges for late removal. The sale is conducted on an "as is" and "where is" basis, with no warranty expressed or implied.
Submission & Evaluation
Bids must be submitted via email to dla.sales@dla.mil by June 3, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. Bidders are required to use Standard Form 114 (SF114) and Standard Form 114A (SF114A). Bids must be entered as a price per unit (LB) not to exceed three decimal places (e.g., 0.010) and must remain valid for 90 calendar days from the bid opening. The evaluation will be based on the highest total contract price from a responsive and responsible bidder. A Pre-Award Survey will be conducted for the Apparent High Bidder (AHB).
