- 24/7 Prescription-specific Medication Education via Telephone, integrating with First Databank® and providing updates.
- Prescription Refill Reminders via phone or text alerts, integrated with the EHR.
- Ad hoc communications for patient surveys and wellness messages.
- Patient-initiated contact management for text messaging.
- A base SMS Software platform supporting up to 250,000 texts/year.
