Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide three in-person, instructor-led training courses on the NFPA 101: Life Safety Code (2027 edition).

• Deliver three 24-hour training courses, spread over three consecutive business days (8 hours per day).

• Each course must accommodate up to 60 government attendees.

• Training must be delivered by a Subject Matter Expert currently serving on an NFPA 101 code-making panel.

• Course content must cover topics including: Introduction and Overview, The Basics, Occupancy Classification, Means of Egress, Fire Safety Features, Building Services, Compliance and Inspection, and Summary, based on the NFPA 101 (2027 edition) Code.

• Provide course materials for each student, including a student manual and a copy of the 2027 NFPA 101 Codebook.

• Develop and distribute Certificates of Attendance, specifying CEUs, PDHs, and LUs.

• Provide students the opportunity to give course feedback, which must be compiled and provided to the Government TPOC.

• Courses must be delivered by a qualified Subject Matter Expert.

• Student feedback must be collected and provided to the Government.

• Estimated to be held in December 2026.

• Locations: Government-provided venues on military installations in Norfolk, VA, San Diego, CA, and Pearl Harbor, HI.

• Vendor must participate in a virtual kick-off meeting via MS Teams at least 3 months prior to training.

• Vendor must participate in a virtual After Action Review (AAR) via MS Teams.

• Instructor travel costs (airfare, lodging, meals) are to be included in the vendor's costs.
