Response Requirements
Vendors are requested to submit a capability statement (maximum 15 pages, Word or PDF) addressing:
- Capacity to perform all services outlined in the Draft SOW.
- Similar or previous experience with the described work.
- Feedback on the sufficiency of the Draft SOW for an RFQ response.
- Experience in full-time project management of federal, state, or local detention/correctional inspection programs.
- Experience performing annual inspections and death reviews using federal compliance standards.
- Experience providing qualified personnel for detention management.
- A rough cost estimate for the requirement, detailed by labor category and CLIN.
