The work will be performed in recreation and operational areas, as well as remote locations within five counties in Southwest Arkansas. Specific technical provisions cover Janitorial, Mowing/Landscaping, Welcome/Visitor Center Operations, Dumpster Services, Natural Resource Management, Maintenance/Repair of Buildings/Structures/Facilities, Labor/Equipment/Material Support for Dam/Power Plant/Spillway, and Navigation Facilities.

Special Requirements

• Contractor-Furnished Items: Contractor must provide all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment. Government will provide computers and VOIP telephone service.
• Personnel: Requires a superintendent with 2+ years management experience and a Quality Control Officer (CQCO) with 5+ years QC experience.
• Security: Comprehensive background checks, AT Level I training, physical security, and access control compliance are required for all employees.
• Plans: Contractor must furnish a Contractor Quality Control Plan (CQC) and an Accident Prevention/Hazardous Analysis Plan within 30 days of award.
• Safety: Implement a safety program per USACE Safety Manual EM 385-1-1.
