Submission Requirements
Responses must be submitted electronically via email and include the attached Sources Sought Cover Sheet. Submissions are limited to the information sheet and five additional pages for past performance or experience. Required information includes:
- Contractor's name, address, point of contact, phone, email, and CAGE code.
- Contractor's small business category and size (e.g., Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, EDWOSB, SDVOSB).
- A maximum of two examples of similar projects (size, scope, complexity) with descriptions, customer names, contract numbers, and dollar values.
- Additional relevant experience/capabilities. The "SOURCES SOUGHT RESPONSE.pdf" document is a form for providing business information, CAGE, UEI, and POC, which is a necessary step for interested parties.
