Purpose & Objectives
This Industry Day serves as a follow-on to a March 2026 Request for Information (RFI), focusing on market research for the PTW JHV ground hub. The Government intends to:
- Provide an overview of the PTW JHV acquisition approach.
- Share initial technical requirements via a Bidders Library.
- Obtain industry feedback on requirements and acquisition strategy.

- Dates: Tuesday, June 2, 2026 (0830–1700 PT) and Wednesday, June 3, 2026 (0830–1700 PT).
- Location: KBR MSEIT Facility, 300 N. PCH, Suite 2000, El Segundo, CA 90245.
- Format: Government presentation (June 2, 0830–1200 PT) followed by one-on-one sessions with industry.
- Classification: Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
- Attendance: In-person only; virtual participation is not accommodated.
Participation & Registration
- Eligibility: Limited to U.S. Citizens only due to sensitive information. Proof of U.S. citizenship is required.
- Attendees: Companies capable of producing a PTW JHV or executing a prime contract. Each company is limited to three attendees.
- Registration Deadline: 1600 PT, Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
