  • Hardware: Procurement and installation of PTZ and Bullet Network cameras, Network Video Recorders (NVRs), switches, Network Attached Storage (NAS), and joysticks.
  • Software: Video Monitoring system and video surveillance storage.
  • Training: Training for SAT IT personnel on CCTV equipment operation, recording, storage, and connectivity.
  • Support & Warranty: Minimum one (1) year of technical and IT support, including on-site assistance and 24x7x365 technical support in Spanish with a response time under 24 hours.
  • Labor: Direct labor for installation, removal of existing equipment, system configuration, and testing.
