Key Requirements & Delivery

Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, as soon as possible, but no later than 180 days from contract award. Partial shipments of completed CLINs are authorized. Shipments must comply with ISPM 15 for wood packaging material. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required Export Licenses and complying with ITAR/AECA. The U.S. Government will assist with customs clearance in Colombia and tax exemption certificates in Ukraine. Inspection and acceptance will occur at a vendor warehouse in the United States, with potential factory/warehouse visits by INL representatives.
