Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the provision of:
- Ten (10) single-purpose green canines: Must be selection tested narcotic detectors, meeting specific breed (Belgian Malinois or German Shepherd, with exceptions), age (12-24 months), weight (45-90 lbs), and health requirements. Canines must be sociable, non-fearful of loud noises, and motivated.
- Associated Equipment: Each canine requires an extra-large kennel, food, military-spec collar and leash, muzzle, food bowl, tracking leash, identification tag, flea collars/dips, blanket, bed, toys, brush/comb, automatic water dispenser, and an out stick.
- Veterinarian Certificates: Comprehensive health documentation, including vaccination records, orthopedic radiographs, and test results.
- Delivery: Canines must be delivered to El Salvador International Airport. The contractor is responsible for all transportation, documentation, and customs clearance.

Evaluation

Canine selection will involve INL and Government of El Salvador personnel conducting physical and performance tests at the contractor's facility.

Vendors must read the solicitation (191NLE26R0066) and Statement of Work (SOW) in their entirety and meet all submission requirements, as no revisions will be permitted for non-compliant submissions.
