  • Veterinary Medical-Grade Oxygen Concentrators Additionally, the contractor must provide Workers' Compensation Insurance (Defense Base Act) and shipping/delivery services. All items must meet U.S. industry standards, and manufacturers other than Chinese or related are preferred, with Chinese manufacturers explicitly prohibited. The acquired items will be donated to the Government of Colombia for the exclusive use of DICAR canines.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.
  • Payment: Colombian Pesos (COP) for Colombian firms, US Dollars (USD) for US firms.
  • Price Basis: Includes all direct/indirect costs, overhead, G&A, profit, shipping, insurance, and assembly. Prices are not subject to adjustment after award.
  • Delivery: Ninety (90) days after receipt of order (ARO).
