Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To inspect and clean the above-ground fire protection water tank at Building 1928, Donnelly Training Area (DTA), Bolio Lake, Alaska, ensuring its full functionality in accordance with NFPA 25 Chapter 9.

• Perform a one-time inspection of the 92,500-gallon water holding tank.

• Inspection methods may include diver or Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), meeting NFPA 25 and Technical Exhibit (TE) 3 standards.

• Clean the tank as needed during the inspection.

• Perform minor repairs if identified during inspection, after COR notification.

• If draining is required for inspection or cleaning, notify the COR beforehand.

• Inspection and cleaning to be performed triennially, as needed.

• Summary reports due by the 5th business day of every 3rd month, submitted electronically to the COR.

• Reports must include date, location, inspection results, and photographs.

• Zero deviation from NFPA 25 standards is required for inspections and cleaning.

• Period of Performance: May 15, 2026 - September 15, 2026.

• Work to be accomplished at the Contractor's convenience during the POP.
