• Contractor employees must be easily recognized as contractor employees (e.g., distinctive clothing or identification badge).

• Compliance with all safety regulations, security requirements, and local policies (smoking, drug, alcohol).

• Contractor must report all accidents and traffic violations.

• Contractor must submit a Staffing Plan and may conduct internal Quality Control inspections.

• Contractor employees will perform duties independently and without Government supervision.

• Contractor must report ALL contractor labor hours via the Enterprise-Wide Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (ECMRA).
