Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the purchase and installation of thirteen (13) ELKAY bottle filling stations, or an approved equal, across eleven (11) buildings at the Presidio of Monterey. This includes the removal and disposal of all non-essential plumbing materials created during performance. The work must comply with applicable building codes, national plumbing codes, and specific standards such as ADA & ICC A117.1, ASME A112.19.3, CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 120, GreenSpec®, NSF/ANSI standards (42, 53, 61, 372, 401), and UL 399.
