- Analysis and Reporting: Conducting analysis on Lab Demo employee assessment and compensation results, workforce impact/trends, cost studies, and initiative effectiveness, documenting findings in reports and briefings for Air Force and DoD review.
- Technical and Software Support: Providing meeting, legislative, technical, training, and policy analysis support. This also includes software/database design, revisions, testing, training, user support, and re-certification/accreditation for the critical AFRL Contribution-based Compensation System Software (C2S2).
