Purpose & Response Requirements
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. The VA intends to negotiate solely with OMINICELL Inc. under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(ii). However, other contractors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the contracting officer. These responses will be considered to determine if the VA should proceed with the sole source procurement or open it for competition. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller for Omnicell products to ensure OEM warranty and service.
