This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award to Waters Technology Corporation for MassLynx Acquisition PC, Clinical Window 11 upgrade kit, and associated installation service. The requirement is for a MassLynx Acquisition PC with specific hardware configurations, including:

Responses are sought to determine if the requirement should be competed openly or set aside for small business. The government will consider responses to determine if a full and open competitive acquisition or a small business set-aside is appropriate.
