- Packaging and marking in accordance with DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, MIL-STD-2073-1 (series), or ASTM D3951 (series). Wood packaging must comply with ISPM Publication No. 15.
- Markings must include the vessel's name/hull number: USNS John Lewis (T-AO-205).
- Delivery is required by April 30, 2027, to FOB Destination (San Diego, CA), with shipping costs included in the quote. Inspection and acceptance will be performed by Military Sealift Command BATS in San Diego, CA.
