Submission & Evaluation

- Proposals must be submitted in accordance with Section L (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors).
- Evaluation: Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
- Proposals must conform to all solicitation requirements to be technically acceptable. Pricing will be evaluated for reasonableness and must not be "materially unbalanced." Failure to provide required cost or pricing information will result in an unacceptable proposal.
