- Installation, testing, maintenance, and replacement of IDS equipment, including future projects not covered by the centrally managed Fixed Site Sustainment contract.
- Providing 24-hour service call support.
- Installation of upgrades and new equipment, along with cost estimates.
- Performing major inspections of all system equipment and deprogramming unused sensors.
