Key Requirements & Qualifications

All instructors and guest speakers must be U.S. Citizens. Contractors must also have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment. Telework is generally not permitted, except for Continuity of Operations Planning.

Proposals must be submitted via trackable shipping, including one electronic copy on CD/DVD and one hard copy.
