Key Requirements & Qualifications
Offerors must demonstrate prior experience in designing, developing, and delivering similar courses. Instructors must possess significant law enforcement and teaching experience, including a minimum of fifteen (15) years of total law enforcement experience, ten (10) years as a civilian Narcotics Officer, and five (5) years teaching similar courses. All instructors and guest speakers must be U.S. Citizens. Contractors must also have a current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment. Telework is generally not permitted, except for Continuity of Operations Planning.
