Scope of Work
This solicitation is for the procurement of four (4) W&K Container, 20 ft x 8 ft x 8 ½ ft containers, or equal. Key requirements include:

- Construction: Insulated with finished interior walls.
- Access: Two steel fire-rated man doors (one on the end, one on the long side).

Submission & Evaluation
Offers will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, price, and past performance. Technical evaluation will consider "Brand Name or Equal" criteria, requiring manufacturer specifications for equal products. Past performance will be assessed using the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) and internal sources.

Additional Notes
- Contractors (awardees) required to implement NIST SP 800-171 must have a current assessment (not more than 3 years old), unless items are Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS). COTS items are exempt, but must be identified to the contracting officer during the solicitation period.
- Offerors must comply with all FAR and DFARS clauses. Specific requirements for base access (DBIDS), Vendor Shipment Module (VSM), and Unique Item Identification (IUID) may apply.
