This is a solicitation for a design-bid-build NRM construction project (#556-24-115) for Elevator Upgrades at the Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago, IL. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed-price contract.
