- Delivery and Connection: Deliver and connect the chiller to the ground level near Granite building 31, utilizing existing external building connections for water and power.
- Specifications: Provide electrical connection specifications to VA Medical Center staff.
- Maintenance and Service: Perform routine maintenance, service, initial startup, and ensure operation to design specifications. This includes monitoring temperatures/pressures, cleaning condenser coils and water strainers, inspecting for leaks, and performing manufacturer-specified preventative maintenance.
