The contractor will also modify supply air and plenum attachments, utilize existing electrical circuits, maintain the Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS), and reconnect/program controls to maintain current operations and monitoring. Work must be performed with minimal disruption to VA operations and patient care, adhering to VA Design Standards, Federal Regulations (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, ASHRAE), Local/State Building Codes, and VA's Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) matrix. The period of performance is 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
