Scope of Work
This solicitation is for comprehensive PMR services for the Government-owned Reverse Osmosis Water Systems at the VA San Diego Healthcare System. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Full-service maintenance and preventative monthly maintenance inspections (PMI's) in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and applicable standards (e.g., AAMI 2001).
- Intervening service calls for equipment failures.
- Rental and maintenance of hot & cold-water softener units.
- Rental and exchange of Deionized Water Tanks.
- RO DI Service for lab samples, mixed beds exchange, and annual service of UV and Post Filters.
- Retrofit of the 6th Floor Millipore Central System and UV Post Treatment Supply for the 5th Floor.
- Provision of professional advice, guidance, parts, materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Submission of breakdown reports for material and parts expenditures, and invoices detailing labor, materials, and parts.
