Purpose & Overview
This solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive support services for the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System's existing Audio-Visual (AV) system, Hiperwall, and Strax platforms. These critical systems are integrated into the Emergency Management program to enhance situational awareness and hospital operational readiness, operating on a closed-loop network separate from the main VA network.
Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Strax Platform: Onsite training (new and existing personnel), 24/7/365 remote support with 24-hour onsite emergency response, maintenance for PoDD devices, and onsite Autel Drone maintenance.
- Hiperwall: Onsite regular maintenance (including software updates and system optimization), software license renewal, and onsite support for presentations and training.
- Audio Visual Support: 24-hour virtual support with 24-hour onsite response, quarterly hardware maintenance and firmware updates, quarterly teleconferencing maintenance, onsite support for events, DVLED maintenance, color balancing, audio system tuning, microphone maintenance, lighting control maintenance, occupancy sensor maintenance, matrix switch/NVX streaming maintenance, hardware updates, One Beyond maintenance, and detailed wiring diagrams for SIM Center equipment in the first year.
- CyberIQ Installation and Support: Platform installation, provisioning, configuration, device discovery, video management, electrical signature detection, port level awareness, anomaly detection, and automated trust scoring. Requires 24/7/365 virtual and onsite support.

Eligibility & Certifications
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered in SAM and verified as a certified small business under NAICS 811210 at the time of offer submission and contract award. Specific certifications are required for STRAX Intelligence, Hiperwall, AVIXA, Pakedge, Crestron Electronics, Autel Robotics, and Dejero Labs. These certifications can be held by a subcontractor or assigned subcontractor personnel; the prime offeror does not need to hold all certifications at the time of proposal submission but must provide subcontractor certifications as per solicitation instructions.

Important Notes
