- Submissions must include supporting evidence demonstrating the ability to comply, specifically authorized access to OEM proprietary software, tools, and parts, as well as proof of OEM certification and authorization to perform the required services.

Additional Notes
- Only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items are acceptable; no used, refurbished, remanufactured, gray market, or counterfeit items will be provided.
- Vendors must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter from the OEM.
- The government reserves the sole discretion to determine whether to compete the procurement based on responses. If no responses are received, a sole source award to Eaton Corporation will proceed.
