This solicitation is for Tri-Annual Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing of the Electrical Power Distribution System and all its components for the Montgomery and Tuskegee Campuses of the Central Alabama VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, and technicians to ensure the reliable operation of the electrical distribution systems.

• Tri-annual electrical testing of medium and low voltage systems, including switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays, and transfer switches.

• Infrared scanning to detect hot spots and address loose, broken, or corroded connections.

• Ground resistance testing of the entire facility's grounding system at both campuses.

• Professional testing and maintenance adhering to manufacturer recommendations and applicable NEMA, NEC, ANSI, ASTM, ASA, and VA standards (VHA Directive 1028).
