Scope of Work

All new equipment must be 100% compatible with the latest Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI) Simplex Fire alarm system. The contractor will also be responsible for electrical work, pulling fiber, updating graphical maps, and repairing finishes. Programming and final testing of the JCI Simplex system components must be performed by JCI authorized technicians, as justified by the proprietary nature of the system. The contractor must provide all necessary tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision.
