This solicitation is for a 5-year contract (1 base year + 4 option years) for Service and Maintenance on an Agilent Artisan Link Pro Stain System at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS). The system is an automated diagnostic device used for staining slide-based tissue sections. The contract aims to ensure the optimal performance, longevity, and accurate results of the equipment through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

• Service and Maintenance for Agilent Artisan Link Pro Stain System (SN: SG2440A017) and accompanying Artisan Link/Pro Touch Screen Computer (SN: H22120634).

• Preventive Maintenance visits, kits, travel, and labor.

• Unlimited service visits Monday-Friday, 4:00 am - 6:00 pm local time (excluding VA national holidays).

• 24x7 phone support for troubleshooting.

• All necessary warranted repair parts (non-refurbished), travel, and labor.

• Emergency repair response within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 4:00 am - 6:00 pm local time.

• 98% Uptime Guarantee for the Artisan Link Pro Stain System.

• System repair at the customer site.

• Compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations, NFPA, OSHA, CLIA, Joint Commission, and CAP accreditation standards.
