Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for specific medical equipment located at the Eastern Colorado Healthcare VA and associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs).

• Maintenance Services: Perform all necessary parts, labor, tools, supervision, and shipping for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• Parts: Contractor must furnish all new, OEM-equivalent spare and replacement parts. The cost of parts is included in the overall coverage.
