Sources Sought Announcement

This is a Sources Sought Announcement for market research purposes only. It is not a solicitation or request for proposals. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking information on potential sources for "Par Excellence Systems, Inc - Maintenance Support Services". The goal is to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), 8(a), HubZone, and other small businesses capable of providing these services.

The services required involve providing support for "Par Excellence" systems, including diagnosing and correcting software or hardware problems. This includes remote software upgrades and potentially hardware add/delete/swap during installation. The Service Provider will be responsible for correcting identified problems related to the covered software or hardware.

Interested businesses must submit the following in writing:

• Type of small business (SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HubZone, etc.)

• The Government is not obligated to pay for any costs associated with responding to this announcement.

• The VA is mandated to consider a total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). However, if SDVOSB responses are inadequate, an alternate set-aside or full and open competition may be considered.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• SDVOSBs and VOSBs must also be registered in the SBA-Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) Registry.
