• Security requirements include adherence to federal laws, regulations, standards, and VA directives regarding information and information system security, including data breach notification and annual security/privacy awareness training.

• Contractor must obtain CO's approval before engaging in any subcontracting relationships.

• Contractor shall only use Government IT equipment for purposes tied to the contract.

• Payments will be made in four quarterly payments in arrears; no advance payments.

• Invoices must include specific itemized information.

• A post-award performance conference may be scheduled.
