  • Preventive Maintenance: Regular inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements for all listed equipment. Quarterly service for ice machines and soda fountain machines, including bi-annual filter changes. Initial assessment and PM are required.
  • Corrective & Emergency Services: 12-hour, 5-day per week call-back support with after-hours emergency services. Response to issues within six hours (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday). Next-day/24-hour repair for refrigerators/freezers, and 48-hour for other equipment.
  • Parts: Use of new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts only. A contingency allowance of $2,500 for parts is included.
