Scope of Work
The contractor will provide full maintenance services, including scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), inspections, corrective call-back services, and 12-hour, 5-day per week call-back support with after-hours emergency services. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing all necessary resources, including parts, materials, labor, and tools.
- Ensuring services comply with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Responding to on-call issues within 6 hours (M-F, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Conducting minimum annual inspections and providing detailed reports within 7 business days.
- Identifying and presenting emergent repairs within 24 hours of inspection.
- Quarterly servicing of ice machines and soda fountain machines, including bi-annual filter changes.
- Using only new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts.
- Maintaining sufficient stock of parts or securing them within 24 hours.
