• Storage: Limited storage is available (one small closet and under-sink cabinets). Contractors must transport and secure supplies daily.

• Exterior Cleaning: Natural debris removal from porches, steps, landings, and walkways is included in maintaining clean exterior perimeters.
• Background Checks: Fingerprint check results are estimated within 10 calendar days; full background investigations take 30-120 days. Workers can begin after successful fingerprint adjudication, but full background investigation completion is required for continued work.
• Pricing: Vendors must provide a single monthly price and corresponding extended annual price. All services, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual, must be included in the annual pricing.
• AC Deep Cleaning: Semi-annual professional cleaning of all mini-splits is a mandatory requirement and cannot be excluded. Repairs are excluded.
• Water Intrusion: Minor water intrusion is defined as water not higher than 2 inches. Cleanup applies only to this level and is handled via manual removal methods. Remediation beyond 2 inches is outside the janitorial contract.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Janitorial Services for the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Mayaguez, PR. The acquisition is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for services at three separate buildings (Apartments 22, 23, and 24) located at 2200 Ave Pedro Albizu Campo. Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To maintain a healthy, clean, neat, and professional appearance across three USDA-NRCS office buildings (Apartments 22, 23, and 24) located at 2200 Ave Pedro Albizu Campo, Mayaguez, PR.

• Provide janitorial services including sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms and kitchen areas, and cleaning windows and exterior entrances.

• Services are required daily, five times per week, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

• Contractor must provide all necessary management, tools, cleaning solutions, supplies, and equipment.

• Supplies must be environmentally responsible, using recycled content paper products, and be phosphate-free, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and biodegradable.

• Specific tasks include daily interior garbage emptying, bathroom cleaning, floor cleaning, exterior sweeping, and litter removal.
