Janitorial Services Contract – Chickasawhay Ranger District

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial services for the Chickasawhay Ranger District Office for 2026, with three additional option years from 2027-2029. The government intends to make one award.

• Base year: June 15, 2026 - December 31, 2026.

• Option Year 1: January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027.

• Total potential duration: Five (4) years (base + 3 options).

• Options are dependent on the availability of funding.

• Quotations are requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

• Quotes will be evaluated based on Experience and Price to determine the best value to the Government.

• Experience: Offerors must provide a written summary of their most recent (past 3 years) experience in similar efforts, demonstrating ability to meet schedule requirements and explaining any requirements that cannot be accomplished.

• Price: Offerors must provide pricing for all individual line items. Pricing will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness.

• Past performance will be assessed as acceptable or neutral.

• Award will be made to the highest technically rated offeror whose price is fair and reasonable and whose past performance is acceptable or neutral. Tradeoffs will not be conducted.

• Offers must be held firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

• North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code: 561720.

• Small business size standard: $22 million.

• This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
