• Picnic Grove Service: All picnic groves require year-round service; frequency varies seasonally.
• Holding Cell: Located in D3; special access requirements are unknown.
• Edgewater Stables: Service required Monday through Friday, once daily between 7 AM and 5 PM.
• Recycling Collection: Approximately 250 units (combination of trash and recycling cans) are distributed across all locations. About 20 are exclusively recycling bins.
• Special Jobs: Includes furniture moving (only when floors are waxed), frequent toilet floods (at least one per month, primarily in picnic grove restrooms), and rare post-event cleaning (approx. once a year). No additional cost.
• Background Checks: Not required and have been struck from the PWS.
• Wage Determination: Applicable wage determination is DOL Wage Determination 2015-4281 Rev 35 (DC-area). Bidders must determine classifications and rates.
• Insurance: Certificate of Insurance is due within 10 days after award, not with the quote.
• Experience Requirement: Prime contractor must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of janitorial experience, including recycling. Subcontractor experience will not be accepted for this requirement.

• Location List: A complete list of locations to be serviced is provided, including those under CLIN 00010 and CLIN 00020.
