Statement of Work (SOW)

To ensure continuous facility cleanliness at the Lockport Service Unit through daily janitorial services and quarterly deep cleaning.

• Daily Services: Sweeping and mopping floors (daily), vacuuming carpets (daily), dusting surfaces (daily for desks/tables/file cabinets, weekly for other horizontal surfaces, monthly for high dusting), cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, sanitizing exam/operatory/lab rooms, cleaning entrance glass doors, cleaning kitchen areas, and waste removal.

• Quarterly Services: Deep cleaning of carpets, stripping/cleaning/polishing hard floors, deep sanitization of restrooms, high-level dusting, specialized cleaning (including electrostatic spraying), and degreasing kitchen/breakroom appliances.

• Frequency: Monday through Friday, 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM, excluding national holidays.

• Location: Lockport IHS Health Center, 150 Professional Parkway, Lockport, NY 14094 (approx. 8,640 sq ft).

• Supplies: Government will furnish routine janitorial supplies for daily cleaning; Contractor provides equipment, materials, and supplies for quarterly deep cleaning.
