Services include daily cleaning and maintenance of general and private offices, common areas, restrooms, lunch/break rooms, hallways, and laboratories. Specific tasks cover floor maintenance, trash removal, interior glass cleaning, carpet care, dusting, and restroom servicing, with frequencies ranging from daily to annually. The contract also includes provisions for "Above Standard" emergency or special event janitorial services, which may be ordered via task orders. The government will provide certain equipment (auto scrubber, rolling scaffold, trash cans, dumpsters, storage, utilities), while the contractor must furnish commercial cleaning equipment.
