Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal janitorial services for one (1) recruitment office located in Beeville, Texas.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services.

• Services to be performed on a two-day per week schedule, unless circumstances warrant more frequent cleaning.

• Janitorial Service Checklist to be posted and completed weekly.

• Contractor to provide a written Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 30 days of contract award.

• Contractor to maintain adequate records of inspections and deficiencies.

• Contractor to use process control procedures and quality data analysis techniques.

• Corrective actions must address deficiencies and prevent recurrence.

• Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Specific performance standards are detailed in Technical Exhibit A (Performance Requirements Summary).

• Acceptable Quality Levels include limits on validated customer complaints per month for various tasks.

• Contractor personnel must adhere to facility security policies and restrictions.

• Contractor shall comply with applicable safety requirements (EM 385-1-1).

• Contractor shall use Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and maintain social distancing.

• Contractor shall meet EPA recycled content requirements and USDA BioPreferred Program requirements.

• Contractor shall provide a Contract Manager and an alternate.

• Contractor shall provide basic janitorial services including floor maintenance, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, drinking fountain cleaning, restroom services, periodic cleaning (carpet shampooing, dusting, high dusting, light fixture cleaning, window cleaning, HVAC return/diffuser cleaning, de-scaling toilet bowls), re-lamping, HVAC filter replacement, and pest control.
