  • Carpet maintenance includes weekly vacuuming and annual shampooing. Tile flooring requires annual stripping and waxing.
  • Contractor is responsible for providing consumable products (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap) and cleaning supplies.
  • Trash disposal is to be done using on-site dumpsters.
  • No janitorial services are required outside the buildings.
  • Interior refrigerator and window cleaning are not required.
  • Dusting is not required.
• Facility Details:
  • Building 63: 7,500 sq ft, 1 floor, 4 bathrooms, 1 breakroom.
  • Building 1: 5,000 sq ft, 1 floor, 1 bathroom, 1 breakroom.
  • Building 62: 1,650 sq ft, 1 floor, 1 bathroom, 1 breakroom.
  • Total wastebaskets: 21 small, 3 large in Bldg 63; 4 small, 1 large in Bldg 1; 3 small in Bldg 62.
• Staffing: While there is no specific number of technicians required, the government has observed that 1-2 technicians can perform the services efficiently. Staffing is left to the contractor's discretion.
• Site Visit: A site visit was conducted on 3/11/26; no mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled.
• Budget: An Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) has not been established.
• Evaluation: Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Once Weekly: Wipe down surfaces in breakrooms (tables, countertops, microwaves, refrigerator handles) and laboratory countertops.
• Biweekly: Clean interior of microwaves in the lunchroom.
