Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail to jonathan.graham.11@us.af.mil. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Evaluation will consider price and the technical capability of the offered item to meet government requirements. Only the lowest priced proposal will be technically evaluated initially. Offerors must be registered in SAM and include a completed FAR provision 52.212-3.
