The scope includes missile hardware/software, telemetry kits, precision targeting image software, weapon system simulators, technical data, obsolescence management, upgrades, pre-planned product improvement (P3I), sustainment (including repair and replacement), aircraft integration, non-warranty repair, containers, related support items, program management, engineering, logistics, test support, support equipment, software/hardware upgrades, associated data, facilities, equipment, labor, tools, test equipment, and repair infrastructure.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
- Eligibility: Respondents must demonstrate necessary organizational and technical experience. No foreign participation is allowed. A facility security clearance is required. Firms must indicate their business type (e.g., large, small, 8(a), HUBZone, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned) based on NAICS code 336414 (Guided Missile and Space Vehicle Manufacturing), and disclose if they are foreign-owned/controlled.
- Submission: Interested parties should submit a white paper, limited to 10 pages (excluding Section 1), in Microsoft Word for Office 365 compatible format. Submissions must be emailed to heleyna.capdesuner.1@us.af.mil and grisselle.brown@us.af.mil. Proprietary information must be clearly marked.
