• Mercury-Free: Components must be mercury-free.

Key Requirements

• Quality System: Contractors must maintain a quality system compliant with MIL-I-45208, MIL-Q-9858, or ISO9001:2008, with calibration system requirements of MIL-STD-45662, ISO10012, or ANSI-Z540.3. Government Quality Assurance at source is required.
• Traceability & Certification: Strict material traceability and certification are mandatory for SFCCs, including unique vendor traceability numbers/codes and submission of Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
• Inspection: 100% inspection for form, fit, function, and legible traceability marking.
• OEM/Distributor: If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), offerors must state the OEM (Company Name and CAGE) and provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor.
• Pricing: Submit Estimated (EST) or Firm Fixed Price (FFP), approximate cost of new items, and a beyond repair/economical repair price.
• Packaging: Packaging must be in accordance with MIL-STD-2073.
• DPAS: Any resulting contract will be DO certified for national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS).
